1 The number of sponsor representatives per organization eligible to receive a complimentary registration is dependent on the sponsorhip level and agreement.

2 A limited number of student spaces are available. To qualify for the student rate, the student registration must be received and paid by no later than September 15, 2017 at 11:59 pm (EDT). Students must provide proof of full-time registration as an undergraduate, Masters or PhD student at a Canadian post-secondary institution in a program related to homelessness. All registration fees are subject to 5% GST. Please note that rates of taxation are subject to change.

Full registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • Access to all plenaries and sessions
  • Access to any extra-conference sessions that are not by invitation only
  • A delegate kit including all official documentation
  • All meals, refreshment breaks and the opening reception that are part of the conference program

The conference registration fees do not include accommodations, non-program related meals, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred by attendees to participate in the conference.

Group Discount

Organizations registering for 5 or more full conference registrations are eligible to receive a 10% discount. Please note this does not apply to complimentary registration categories and can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

Note: The first person registered will be the Group Administrator. As the Group Administrator, this person will have the ability to pay the group balance, pay individually for group members, register another person to the group, and change the group leader to someone else in the group.

Step 1: Complete the registration form and click SUBMIT.

Step 2: On the Payment Confirmation page click on REGISTER ANOTHER PERSON (you may have to scroll down). This will bring you to a blank registration form.

Step 3: Complete Steps 1 and 2 for additional group members. When all group members are registered (the system will automatically apply the discount) click the appropriate payment button to complete the payment for the registration(s).
